Many will remember the 2018 Gold Coast 600 being rained out on the Sunday for it to be declared a no-race (the first in championship history) but others may remember the superb driving performance put in by Chaz Mostert and James Moffat to win on the day before.

In a chaotic race full of pit lane drama, Mostert and Moffat simply dominated the day, ultimately winning the race by 9.5 seconds over Craig Lowndes and Steven Richards.
