Finished in the striking and highly sought-after XU-3 Yellah, this exceptional 1:18 scale diecast model celebrates one of the most unique HSV builds ever created — the customer-commissioned 2017 HSV GTSR W1 (#17).

While inspired by the legendary 1996 HSV VS GTS-R colour scheme, it pays tribute to HSV heritage through a remarkable one-off W1 finished in the instantly recognisable Yellah hue — a colour never offered on the production GTSR W1 range.

Commissioned by an elite HSV collector during the final era of Australian HSV manufacturing, the real car was specially painted using HSV’s trusted supplier to faithfully recreate the famous XU-3 Yellah tone. The result is a bold fusion of past and present — combining HSV’s most iconic colour with its most powerful road car platform.

This premium diecast model captures that story in stunning detail. Fully opening doors, bonnet and boot reveal an intricately recreated interior featuring Alcantara-trimmed sports seats with GTSR W1 embroidery, W1 sill plates and race-inspired cabin finishes. Under the bonnet sits a meticulously replicated version of HSV’s ultimate powerplant — the hand-built 6.2L supercharged LS9 Gen IV V8.

Externally, the model showcases true collector-grade craftsmanship. Carbon fibre detailing, metal-etched HSV, GTSR and W1 badging, red AP Racing brakes, SV Panorama forged wheels in Matte Black and Pirelli rubber tyres complete the aggressive stance.
